TIPS ON HOW TO BECOME PHYSICALLY FIT: YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH!


Diet and exercise can keep you physically fit, or make you stay in shape. This means you need diet and exercise to be healthy and strong. Just like how top athletes have to be very fit. It is good to know that people who are physically fit have a low risk of heart disease. As exercise is very important to the body, so it is recommended to get more more exercise and there are so many style of it you can take.

If you are a lady, you need to avoid certain foods, in fact, you can be on a diet in sometimes. Going on a diet can help you stay in shape, and will also keep you fit.


A healthy person has very high immune that can heal any injury when your body is hurt in an accident. I have seen people suffer serious injuries when something accidentally happens on their body and it takes longer time for the wound to heal in that part of the body. This is because your body is not healthy and physically fit.

Having scratches, or a small bruise or even grazing your knees are small and simple injuries an individual can get in domestic accidents that should not take time to heal. An example of these can be that: you are in your house, and is using a knife, accidentally, the knife slipped and cut your finger - this kind of accident will only course a scratch that can easily go off in few days, if only you are healthy. One cannot tell me that he or she fell over something and grazed his or her knees calls for  hospital.

 
Aches and pains in any part of the body, may not be because your body is not physically fit, it may be natural occurrence. Sometimes, it may be due to how the body is been kept. But headaches is a symptom of either not sleeping well or a serious illness. Sometimes when the eyes are stressed, it can cause headaches which can go off when you sleep well, but if the symptom persist, you can see an eye-doctor or in fact, a doctor.

Stomach aches may be because you eat late; since it has to do with digestion. But in women, some say when they want to see their menstruation, they feel aches in their stomach - I do not know too well, am not a woman. It is good to know that an individual can be in excellent health and still have or fells backaches, earaches and toothaches.

WHAT YOU SHOULD NOT DO IF YOU ARE HEALTHY.

It is not wise to pretend you are sick when you are physically fit or in excellent health condition. Some people especially the young once, sometimes bandage themselves, go on crutch just to pretend. Putting leg in plaster is one of these kind of act. A friend of mine put his arm in a sling, added some cotton wool with ointment after he escaped a heavy electricity shock, just to be out of work for two weeks and when I saw him, I asked him if all these things were necessary.

WHEN YOUR BODY CHANGES.

In any period you are not in good heath - illness has come, but not to stay. This is why any person has to be following his health to know when something external strikes. If I have said this before, then it merited a repeat; a healthy diet and regular exercise can help prevent heart disease: a condition people suffer from.

People should know that whenever they got a temperature, they have a fever, and the best thing to do should not be self-medication; go see a doctor who is trained to prescribe medicines. If the condition requires you to have an injection, the doctor knows the right vaccine to use. But you have to be vigilant and make sure they sterilize the syringe and needles. 

In recent days, injections are not always a prescription for all illnesses, you may be asked by the doctor to take pills/tablets, some of which can be in the form of capsules, or syrups. One thing to make sure is to take them according to the physicians instructions or as stated in the prescription. You must learn how to respect the nurses because you are a patient.

Taking myself as an example, the only disease that gives me concern is bad cool, I don't normally have chickenpox. I just catch cool. Whenever I sneeze and cough incessantly, I know it is going to become cool, and when I take the right drugs it clears off.
